Business & Automated Systems Clinic, Inc

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Business & Automated Systems Clinic, Inc. is an accounting and management consulting firm organized on September 13, 1995.  Although a young firm, it has built up a sizeable client base composed of businesses in a variety of industries.  Its driving force is Quality - made concrete through the rendering of excellent professional work and prompt and timely service, governed by standards of objectivity and independence demanded by ethical and regulatory requirements.  Its consulting practice is concentrated in information systems consulting.  The services include systems implementation, diagnostic review of micro-based systems and software package installation and implementation.  System engagements would also involve the training of client staff who will eventually take over the operation of the implemented system.

In the development of an Information System Strategic Plan, knowledge and expertise in the design and installation of management information systems (MIS) will certainly be invaluable.  Design and installation of MIS, whether manual or computer-based, requires the establishing of the needs of the users and determining the functions of such systems.

BASiC has been involved in the review, evaluation, and recommendation of improvements of existing internal control systems and management information systems.  The Company has also been active in designing and installing financial and cost accounting systems for non-computerized settings.  These systems were developed based on the information requirements of the client firms.  More often than not, this type of engagement included a training component whereby the client's personnel were trained to efficiently implement the proposed system.

BASiC is now composed of 122 professional staff and 2 full time administrative staff.  The professional staff is composed of 1 general manager, 1 senior manager, 2 managers, 2 assistant managers, 17 senior staff, 23 semi-senior and 76 junior staff.
